I mean who needs a workout when you carry these two things around all day???? Right, I tell myself I will lose weight and get in shape because I chase two kids around all day.....You know like the movie stars say, "I don't do anything, I am just a mom and that is how I am a size 0" Don't believe it for a second. I need to get my rear in gear. I am not one who diets or does the 7 day a week workout, I am going to give myself weekly challenges. On workouts and food I choose or don't choose to eat. I always shoot for long term resolutions and I am going to approach this one differently. Crossing my fingers it will work or I will really be relying on my activeness with my children to knock these extra pounds off.
