My Country Music Star

You should feel lucky to be the first to see my little star in action. Now I know the words to the song are not the ideal words for a 3 going on 4 year old to say but he loves the song. If you can't make out the words it is "Rain makes corn, Corn makes whiskey, Whiskey makes my baby.....feel a little frisky" He even has a country twang. Hope you enjoy because I love it. He sings in the car constantly and loves all kinds of music but does favor the country songs!!!

My babies

So just an update on our kiddos. Bayler is enjoying the summer. He is outside as much as possible. Loves to swim, catch all kinds of creatures in our backyard, and do anything that will keep the attention on him. He is currently acting a bit crazy. Maybe the transistion of his sister moving and interacting more is having an affect on him. Braxton is crawling, pulling up on things, and very close to walking. We all sit at the table now as a family. Braxton is in her high chair and big brother is always very close to where ever she is. Bayler is playing soccer with a group of wonderful kids. Bayler calls them his buddies and they truly are. We are blessed because we are friends with their parents and always enjoy anytime we all get together. My kids are wonderful little characters, yes some days I want to pull my hair out!!!!!But it all is forgotten when I rock sweet Braxton to sleep and watch her look at me and slowly dose off. And when Bayler runs up and hugs me for no reason but to tell me he loves me. We have had some busy days with great friends and family and loved every second of it. Hope all had a wonderful week and weekend.

We got to see some wonderful people and had two amazing days just catching up. I love my babies and glad that we are getting back to our routine!!!Happy kiddos = happy mommy and daddy!

80's Birthday Party

We celebrated my girlfriend Jess's 30th with going back in time and yes we chose the 80's. Everyone dressed up! We had great food, company, and music. It will be hard for another party to top this one. Love everyone who was there and the fun memories we made!!!!!

We caught up on all that was going on in our lives. Had dinner, drinks, and dancing. A great night that was one we will try to do every month. Love you girls!!!!

So I was surprised to find my little girl like this when I went in to say good morning to her. She is growing up so fast and now we have to keep a special eye on her because she is pulling up on things, next step will be trying to walk. Oh where has the time gone!

Such a good Fourth of July

We had an awesome time in Broken Bow. We went exploring, into town to shop, down to the lake, and grilled out delicious food every evening. It rained almost everyday but we didn't let that ruin our time. We played the Wii on days we couldn't get out. It was lots of fun to watch Bayler play the games. I loved the memories we made and will definitely have to go back soon, but next time we will take our boat!
