The Right Spot

I don't understand it, but it is now a common thing both my kids share. Pooping under the dining room table. Braxton is almost a year and a half and Bayler was a year and a half when his pics were taken. I have no clue, maybe privacy but still in the mix of whats going on. Maybe they like to feel like giants under the table since their heads can touch, or maybe they want to drive me crazy.....nothing like making breakfast, lunch, or dinner and poop smells are over powering your cooking smells. Love these two - if this phase is anything like Bayler's we have about 2 more months of the Dining Room Potty!

A Date with My Boys

Bryan got us tickets to take Bayler to the Circus and we decided to go last night. We got there early enough to ride the animals and get good seats. Bayler had a great time, he ate too much cotton candy, got an awesome sword (word for word what he said), and he loved spending one on one time with Bryan and I. We took him when he was about 2 years old and he didn't have much interest in it, this time around he watched and loved everything.

It was crazy riding an elephant, they are huge

Don't know who the little girl is in front of Bayler, pretty mad we didn't get to ride alone, heck how much we spent to be on the dang thing! No I was not MAD at all!

Cool Sword, and also his shirt before he got cotton candy all over it

Okay so yes I noticed I cut both sides of their face off, sorry bad angle for a pic, still with half their faces cut off, they still look exactly alike! My Boys

Gotta have a pic with me, note he is smiling at the tigers being brought out, has no clue I am taking a picture

Lights out, sword on and circus starts

Bay's favorite the tigers

Bad pic by my camera, but cool shot

Yes this Tiger is tight rope walking!!!!

Little elephant

Mommy and baby

He gave the Circus, well as you can see a Thumbs UP

If you get time this weekend you should go see the Circus at the Fairgrounds!

My Work Space

Besides being a stay at home mommy, I also run the office side of my husband's home building company. Daily I print checks and enter bills for the company and twice a month I do reports, balance bank statements and other tedious jobs. Just wanted to show you what I deal with when I am in our office attempting to work with both kids home and awake!

Bayler who always plays with this fishing pole (it is a decor piece) and fights whatever is in his imagination

And Braxton always has to open the blinds and knock and yell at anything she sees outside

Please don't judge my kid's grungy look, it was morning and I was putting all focus on completing the task Bryan asked me to do

Okay so I have to be honest this is the best job I have ever had. Getting to stay home with these two sweet faces, helping my husband's business grow, and us being together as a family. Sure there is the occasional poopy diaper I may have to change in the middle of entering bills, or yes the every once in a while cleaning marker off of the wall because my son said he was working too, but all of it is worth it when I look at the big picture of what my job truly is. I am blessed to do what I do everyday!

Fun Weekend

We had such a fun weekend. We started Friday off by going to the Dinosaur Museum in Norman. We met my cousin Nicole and her boys! We had a blast there and then went to eat lunch. Saturday was so relaxing for me. I was at Eden Spa for 3 hours. Massage and facial. Thank you Bryan!!!! We spent Saturday evening at a friends house with great food, kids playing outside, and wonderful company. Sunday we woke up and spent the day at my moms. She hosted a March Birthday party. Celebrating me, my gammy, and my soon to be sweet 16 cousin Morgan. We were exhausted by Sunday evening, went to bed early and now starting a new week. Hope everyone had a blessed weekend!

Special Moments

We took the kids and loaded up the car with chairs, stroller, pack and play, food, drinks and fishing poles and headed to Bryan's family's land. It was so much fun, within 10 minutes Bayler was stuck in mud and half way drenched in water. We had a great time just being with each other. Braxton snacked the entire time, I attempted to fish, Bryan and Bayler broke down a beaver's damn, and Bryan and Bayler caught fish. It was a peaceful Thursday afternoon. Here are some pics from our time there!

Me and Miss B (she only lasted in her stroller for about 10 minutes)

Please notice Bayler in the muddy water

Adventuring with dad

Me and my little man. He thought he was cool holding the shovel

I kid you not, I had been fishing for 30 minutes and Bryan throws his pole in and catches this immediately! Lucky :)

Bayler was pretending to be Man Vs. Wild (currently one of his fav shows)

Hope everyone is enjoying Spring Break

What we have been up to

Outdoor soccer has started, we practice once a week and play on Saturdays and Sundays. Bayler scored his first game from the sidelines. He was kicking it in to his team mates and it went straight in the goal. His second game he played defense like crazy. He block 2 goals from the other team. We were so proud, can't wait for the many more games we will have.

Gigi has watched Braxton during these two games, 1. They have been during nap time and 2 Sunday was like super cold. Here are some pics of her enjoying her one on one time she gets!

Happy Bday to Me

Yea!!! Today is my birthday. I have had such a great week. I am so thankful for my life and all of the loved ones I have in it. In 29 years I have learned to love love love my family. They are so important in all chapters of my life. I have realized it is okay to mess up as long as you learn from your mistakes. I have learned to laugh......at myself or just find the funny in situations. I have watched my parents, go from guiding me to the present day to becoming some of my closest friends. I have fell in love with a man that I like to think of as my better half. I have become a mother to 2 amazing children. I find myself stunned that God gave them to me! I have felt complete sadness when I had to trust in God and his plan for me when Bryan and I lost our first child in my first trimester. Once again our families surrounded us at that time and helped us through it. My life has been filled with happiness, sadness, craziness, and complete fulfillment. I am still on my journey in life, still messing up, still learning, smiling, laughing, dancing, singing(no one needs to hear though) My dreams have changed throughout my 29 years but I know my dreams for my future today are to be the best parent and wife I can be. Oh and become the NEXT AMERICAN IDOL!!!!! Totally kidding, I know I am too old now to try out ;)

My Last Year in my 20s

One of the best nights I have had in a long time. My feet were killing me. My eyes could barely stay open yesterday because I was up way past my bed time. But all was worth it to be with these great people who were all there just for me. I love them all! We had great food, great company and thanks to Grady's 66 pub great music for us to dance the night away, and we did just that! Loving life today!

Thanks everyone, you made me feel super special

A couple more

I am so tired from a night of good times with great people so this will be short and sweet. Love the pic of me and my daddy. I am proud to say that he is one of my best friends and makes my life a better one for just being in mine. I hope to be the parent he is to me to my children.

Happy Sunday

It's Party Time

We are celebrating my bday tonight with family and friends. Bryan's parents are keeping the kiddos so that we can go have some fun. Today is not my official bday but it is party day. I celebrate my bday the 1st - 9th. Use to be the whole month when I lived at home with my mom (she spoiled me) but Bryan has reduced it to the first 9 days. Hey I will take whatever I can get. Hope you enjoy the pics and have a great weekend!

My Little Girl

Never in a million years did I think I was honestly going to have a little girl. Bryan and I had trouble getting pregnant for the second time and with Bryan's side of the family all having just little boys I didn't know if we would even have a little girl. So when the day of our ultrasound came and I was asked if I liked the color pink my eyes just filled up with tears. She surprised us when we found out we were expecting and then surprised us when we found out she was a she! She brightens our day and makes us laugh all the time. We love you Braxton!!!!!

One Boy.....Many Different Personalities

Here is the little boy I see early in the mornings, "Chocolate Milk please mommy" Late at night "Good night mommy I love you" oh and when he wants something "Mommy I have been nice to Braxton can I have a transformer?"

This is who I see when he is angry, either acting angry or gets mad. I know scary right? Sadly Bryan and I do everything we can to not laugh. Fortunately he was just acting for this photo. I know hard to believe my sweet angel could ever make this face out of true anger!!!!

This pic is right before he wants to "battle" and he goes after me, Bryan, and poor little Braxton. He is always playing pretend. And he usually is the good guy defeating the bad guys!!!!
Thought I would take a break from my many post about myself to show my little animated son

Well not completely true, loud noises, shadows, mommy hiding and jumping out and scaring him, and a few others do scare my tough guy

And of course if he is not happy, mad, sad, or sleepy he is Just acting COOL
By these pics you can see where he gets it from

Thankful Thursday, I am thankful for my household being no longer sick
