Oh how we have been busy

We have been sooo busy this past week, moving, Bryan's sister's graduation, settling in and Memorial Weekend. Thursday we went to the zoo and to Bryan's sister Amanda's graduation. She was suppose to graduate on Tuesday but becaues of the awful and devastating weather they postponed it. We are so proud of Amanda and wish her the best in all of her adventures. We also went to the zoo with my mom and we had a blast. It was beautiful weather and the kids did great. It was the first time we let Braxton out of her stroller. It was a new experience completely to her. She did great. Bayler was a great big brother, holding her hand and watching over her. We love all of our zoo trips and loved that Gigi got to go with us.

We spent Saturday night out at Bryan's land. Grilled out, pool time, smores, and frog findings. The kids have a great time anytime we are outdoors.

Having fun outdoors

Once my days are on routine I will update you all with our move details and pics.
Happy week to you all

It's raining, it's pouring

Our weekend is about to get crazy busy, so a rainy day is just what we needed. I can't do much moving today so were are staying in our comfys and spending time together. Oh but tomorrow is another story, moving, moving, moving will be the only thing we will be doing.

Happy weekend to you all

Here we go

So we have officially started packing. We have our moving day set and now it is time to box it all up. My girlfriend Lindsey came over and helped me start this craziness. We had Mexican food, drinks, and the Thunder playing while we were packing. So thankful she came and helped me, I think I was in denial until she actually started packing stuff up.

The movers are going to think we have an obsession with McDs and beer - my cousin who owns a bar gave us boxes and then a friend of ours who owns a McDonald's gave us some too. We are so thankful because boxes aren't cheap, I know this because we move all too often. Bud Light and McNuggets are all throughout our garage :)

We went to our friends wedding in Dallas Saturday. It was a beautiful ceremony and fun reception. We love Tim and JoAnn and enjoyed spending time with friends.

My mom watched the kiddos for us and they must have partied too, this is what is happening at my casa. Everyone besides me are resting their eyes.

I would take a pic of Braxton but No One wakes up the princess when she is sleeping.

Happy week to everyone

They make me a better Person

I love these two kiddos more than words can express. They bring such joy to my life everyday.
Bayler is my little man. He always makes a point to say he loves me and compliments something about me or something I did. He is kind, imaginative, funny, loving, and a momma's boy. I can't wait to see what a great and loving husband and father he will become. (who am I kidding I can wait, I am not ready for him to grow up, but you get my point)
Braxton is my mini me. Honestly she is. She looks like my baby pics and is always following me and imitating what I do. (Mommy's Helper) She has such a fun spirit. She is involved in anything going on. She loves her daddy and brother so much. She is outgoing, funny, loving, and a cuddle bear. She will make such a great mommy someday. She is always bringing Bay his shoes, giving the dog treats, and yes believe it or not cleaning up after herself and Bay. She says I love you before anyone leaves and before we go to bed.
My kids are so important in my life, not just for the obvious reasons but because I want to be a better person because of them. I smile when they wake up and I smile when they fall asleep, they bring happiness to our household sun up to sun down.

I am proud to be their Momma, Mommy, Mom

PS Please note: both my kids are fully dressed in these photos, shocker I know

Here we go again

Okay so honestly I wanted to title this: Happy, sad, stressed, excited, crazy, busy, and hopefully organized. These are all emotions that I go through on a daily basis. If you don't already know my husband is a home builder/ Realtor. We move more than anyone I know, hey it only benefits us (and it allows me to be a stay at home mommy)That is the positive side of me talking. Well he sold our house which is pictured below. Only problem with that was....he did not have us a house to move into. Now the house below and the one we are currently in was not a BK Weaver built home, we purchase this house as a trade with one of Bryan's new homes in Stone Mill Addition back in 2008. See he sold our house we were living in (RoseWood Addition) and then the same week sold all of his spec homes (so we were without a home - see the coincidence) We fortunately made the trade and have called this our home for the last 3 years. We had Bayler's 2nd and 3rd bday parties here, we brought Braxton home from the hospital here, and we have enjoyed a pool for the past 3 summers.

Okay so the house below will be our temp home. We will live here until our home is finished being built in Stone Mill addition. This house too is being worked as a trade/buying a property and then flipping it once we move out. Are you following...Moving...then Moving again. I am still smiling!!!!!

We are finalizing our blue prints and hopefully will break ground on our lot starting next week. I am very excited for this house. Bryan and I have big plans for this one but definitely staying with a decent budget. Bayler and Braxton will get to go to the same Elementary School I went to. We will be within walking distances from my mom (her neighborhood backs to our soon to be), close friends, and family. We are very excited for what the future holds for us. We (or I) would like prayers, words of encouragement, and any funny stories you got to keep my eye on the end result. We are truly blessed and I will quote my husband, "Everything will work out for the best, Lynsey"

Bryan is currently building a spec home off of War Eagle, check out our website and blog - well at least give me a day so I can catch it up!!!!

Here's to the future
